All sales are final. Return requests are accepted only for defective or ship damaged products within 30 days from purchase. Please contact us by phone or e-mail to request a replacement of your defective or ship damaged product. Our returns department may elect to facilitate the replacement directly with the manufacturer in place of returning the item to our warehouse.
Past 30 days, the product will be guaranteed only by the original manufacturer per the manufacturer’s warranty policy. For a detailed description of the warranty policy on the item you are purchasing please contact the manufacturer before placing your order.
Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging for a shipping damage for a claim to be processed and a return to be arranged.
